In combination with the secondary processes like powder coating, printing and assembly with metal or other materials, Abatek is your supplier for most projects including metal parts for all industries.
Abatek offers metal stamping processes as simple die, compound die, combination die and progressive die.
Metal Stamping Process Simple Single Step Die
Single Die is a metalworking method that can making one proces for one die (punching, coing, bending etc.)
Combination Die
Progressie Die
Progressive die is a metalworking method that can encompass punching, coining, bending and several other ways of modifying metal raw material, combined with an automatic feeding system.
The process in very capable of high production runs. Depending on the complexity of the part or require for the final part.
To judge the die type according to customers requirement, annunal volume and Die types to determine the optimum die size according to process characterstic. Thickness range from 0.05 mm to 8.0 mm.
Abatek is processing a broad spectrum of materials as steel (SPCC), stainless steel (SUS301, 1/2H, SUS304, 2B), and Aluminium (AL 5052-H32) with High Torque capabilities and high forming ability with 110 T machines.
